What was once a 6,500 acre plantation of cotton and sugar cane is now one of "America's Most Unusual Planned Communities", according to CNNmoney.com. Johnson Development Corp.'s Sienna Plantation got it's name and land from the original plantation, which was settled in 1824. The community, which is home to 20,000 people and growing, is true to it's roots with an abundance of beautiful trees, parks, nature reserves and golf course.
