Sawmill Lake Club is expanding to include more options for events and activities for residents. Sawmill Event Pavilion includes a new building as well as recreational space for outdoor fun and relaxation.

  • Central to Sawmill Lake Pavilion is a multipurpose activity room with direct access to covered outdoor areas and panoramic views of Sawmill Lake
  • A kitchen features a 10’ island and large wall-mounted TV and opens to the multipurpose room
  • Private meeting room with wall-mounted TV monitor, 12’ ceiling, and wraparound windows offering dramatic views of Sawmill Lake
  • Flex room/office adjacent to wood-trimmed lobby, which features a 12’ decorative wood slat ceiling
  • Internally illuminated tower adjacent to covered building entrance
  • Furniture storage room to support activities in the multipurpose room
  • Outside, residents enjoy beautifully landscaped gathering spaces with festoon lights and communal seating areas along Sawmill Lake
  • The parking area features dedicated slots for food trucks
  • A boardwalk runs from the food truck area along the shore of Sawmill Lake, wrapping around the patio area of Sawmill Lake Club and out to the current parking lot
