Sienna HOA:
working for residents. 

Unlike most master-planned communities, the Sienna Residential Association, Inc. (SRAI) and the Sienna Community Association, Inc. (SCAI) offices are on-site. The benefits are great – prompt responses to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers, and more availability for assistance. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.

The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and planning resident events and activities.
There are volunteer committee opportunities, and residents can take part in the numerous recreation, fitness, leisure and community opportunities that are offered.

The Associations also manage Sienna’s resident intranet site, Siennanet.com. The site offers up-to-date news, event registration, important documents, free classifieds, and more. Resident information is password-protected, but the public portion can be viewed here.

2022 homeowners association (HOA) dues for non-gated neighborhoods are $1,307 annually, which equates to $108.91 per month. Residents living in townhomes pay an additional $450 per quarter. Additional assessments apply for homes in gated communities, but currently all of those are resale homes - no new construction. Note: HOA dues are not a tax.
