Sienna Ranks Among Nation’s Top 25 MPCs

Sienna finds itself in familiar territory with the recent release of the mid-year sales report by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting — ranked among the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities.

The annual report, which pulls new-home sales from the first six months of the year, places Sienna in the nation’s top 25 communities, with builders reporting 328 sales from January through June. Representing a year-over-year increase of 39 percent, the sales have been fueled by the opening of new neighborhoods and new model homes — eight new models so far this year.

The wide range of home designs found in Sienna — from the $280,000s to more than $1 million — are a draw and allow families who already live here to move up and move down as their needs dictate. Adding to Sienna’s appeal is an active lifestyle — one filled with outdoor concerts, family festivals, classes, “Pajama Jammy Jams” for our littlest residents and wine-and-cheese socials for our fun-loving 55+ residents.

People living in Sienna have their choice of fitness centers, water parks, playgrounds, tennis courts and more. Parks and green space are found throughout the community, and paved and unpaved trails wind through Sienna, often under a canopy of trees.

Convenience is also part of the Sienna lifestyle. There are preschools, a private school and eight Fort Bend ISD campuses in the community — with the newest elementary opening onsite and a new high school opening near our FM 521 entrance this August. Sienna residents can shop three grocery stores, go out to eat, get their nails done, see the doctor, fill up their car with gas and take their pet to the vet — all without leaving the community. A number of onsite churches provide spiritual and social outlets, and a lifestyle team plans upwards of 70 to 80 events each year.
