Sugar Land Town Square is about to begin undergoing a multi-phase renovation. The first phase will be the addition of new outdoor spaces, as well as landscaping and increased pubic seating. Lots of storefronts are getting new signage according to a press release by owner Lionstone Investments. A few stores have closed as a result of the pandemic and a decrease in sales, so hopefully, this facelift will attract some new retail to the area. I actually went and did some shopping at the Town Center on Black Friday and enjoyed it. There were people out and about and yet parking was easy to find. We went and had a nice lunch at Roux Pour in the middle of the day. I'm looking forward to seeing how they improve the area.
