Six New Reasons to Visit Sienna Plantation

We’ve got six new reasons for you to come out and visit us at Sienna Plantation — six beautiful new models showcasing a range of home designs to meet every lifestyle.

Our builders have been so busy, in fact, that all six models opened within four weeks of each other! It’s all part of our plan to offer you more than any other master-planned community in the Houston area.

Shea Homes and Chesmar Homes were the first to debut their new models in the Village of Sawmill Lake on April 5. This is actually Shea’s second model in Sienna. The new model home is located at 10530 Lantana Pass, and we are in love. We also love the builder’s nine floor plans designed for 60-foot homesites, priced from the $370,000s.

Not to be outdone, the new Chesmar model at 10603 Lantana Pass also is the builder’s second in our community. It is showcasing four designs for 55-foot homesites in our Stillwater Cove neighborhood Pricing for these homes starts in the $330,000s.

One of our newest builders, Coventry Homes, opened its first Sienna Plantation model home April 9 at 9419 Mount Logan in the Village of Sawmill Lake. (Welcome Coventry!) The 10 floor plans Coventry offers in Sienna are designed for 75-foot homesites and are priced from the $480,000s. They are pretty yummy, we must say.

Long-time Sienna builder Newmark Homes opened its newest community model on April 26 at 9423 Mount Logan. Also designed for 75-foot properties, the series of floor plans includes eight designs priced from the $430,000s. Newmark has been pretty busy lately; they also are opening a model home for 45-foot homesites in Sienna Plantation this summer.

Finally, Darling Homes opened two new models on May 2 in Avalon at Sienna. The model at 5403 St. David’s Court represents the builder’s designs for 30-foot properties. The four floor plans are priced from the $360,000s. The second model — at 5103 Galahad Court — showcases homes for larger 65-foot homesites. The six available floor plans are priced from the $480,000s.

That brings our model home total to more than 20. Why so much activity? Buyers like you who want to make the move to Sienna. Our builders have started a total of 178 homes just this year. More than two hundred homes have been sold, which is a 37 percent increase over last year.
