Sienna has been a fixture on lists of best-selling master-planned communities for a long time. So, it’s no surprise that a two-digit increase in sales earned us a spot on the mid-year list of the top 50 best-selling master-planned communities in the nation.
The report is compiled annually by Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) based the first six months of sales. This year, Sienna sales grew by 15 percent. Builders have sold 344 new homes through June. As a result, we are not only No. 26 on the list, but we are also the largest top-selling community in Fort Bend County.
How large? More than 10,000 acres of gorgeous homes, amenities, green spaces and retail for a start.
