800+ Run for the Rosé in Sienna

April 29, 2025

We raised a glass — hundreds, actually — to the success of this year’s Run for the Rosé!

More than 800 racers recently took to the streets in Sienna for the annual 5K, this year benefiting the Child Advocates of Fort Bend.

We are donating $10,000 in proceeds to Child Advocates of Fort Bend, a non-profit organization in its 34th year that serves child victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect. The local Child Advocates division has helped approximately 23,000 children through two nationally-affiliated programs — Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and the Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC).

We’ve long been a supporter of this vital Fort Bend County organization, participating numerous times in the group’s annual Christmas Home Tour. The Run for the Rosé deepens our relationship. Providing further support of their efforts to help young victims.

The chip-timed race awarded cash prizes to the top overall male and female racers. Winning $100 for first place as the overall male winner was Dalton McInnis. Brittany Izzo was the overall female finisher, also winning $100.

Earning $50 for their second-place wins were Richard Powell and Madi Macsay. Demarcus Peterson took third place for the men and won $25 as did Bethany Doan who finished third for the women.

All racers received brunch bites at the finish line and those ages 21 and older also received a glass of rosé. Attendees not interested in racing were part of the No Way 5K Party Patrol, participating in the after-race festivities with brunch and bubbly available for purchase from 7 to 11 a.m.

Alloy Personal Training got runners warmed up before the race began. The after-race party included corn hole, hula hooping, massage chairs, vendors, food trucks, a DJ, photo opportunities and more.

The Race for the Rosé 5K is one of many charitable events Sienna hosts throughout the year.
