More than 500 Ridge Point seniors switched their tassels to the left Friday as they said goodbye to high school and hello to the next chapters of their lives during a packed graduation ceremony at the Smart Financial Centre.
The 2017 senior class of Sienna’s on-site high school also walked away with millions in scholarship money to fund their higher education path — $14 million and counting. Valedictorian Meredith Streeter and Salutatorian Lauren Stickler led the seniors in academic performance.
Congratulations to all of the graduating class for four years of successfully meeting the rigors of Ridge Point High School, which received an A+ in the 2017 Children at Risk school rankings. The campus is the second-highest ranked high school in Fort Bend ISD, has earned a No. 22 spot among the 187 Houston-area high schools on the list and is ranked No. 80 in Texas.
