Take Advantage of Fall Builders' Incentives at Sienna Plantation

Sienna Plantation builders are offering so many incentives this month it’s easy for buyers to save money and get exactly the home they hoped for.

While most promotions are good throughout September, buyers will need to move quickly to take advantage of limited-time offers from Shea Homes and Toll Brothers.

Purchase any Shea home by Sept. 15 and receive a $25,000 luxury kitchen package that includes Benedettini cabinets, upgraded granite countertops, designer backsplashes, GE Profile appliances and much more. Toll Brothers’ customers who purchase a new home from Sept. 10 - 25 will receive upgraded flooring and hardware, a media room and $25,000 to use at the builder’s design center.

Darling Homes has a special benefit for local heroes. The builder’s Public Service Rewards Program offers a $1,000 incentive to Houston-area active or retired military, law enforcement officers, firefighters, healthcare professionals and educators. The offer is good through Dec. 31.

Through Sept. 30, all of Darling’s customers will receive a design center credit worth 10 percent of the base price of their new home. Trendmaker Homes also is offering a percentage incentive. It is worth 4.5 percent and is only available to customers purchasing a completed inventory home by Sept. 30.

Both Newmark Homes and CalAtlantic Homes are offering design center credit with a little something on the side. Newmark customers will receive $5,000 in credit, as well as free upgrades to appliances, countertops and floors. CalAtlantic is offering $25,000 in credit toward upgrades and structural options. Buyers also will receive money toward closing costs when utilizing the builders’ preferred lenders. CalAtlantic customers will receive up to $4,000 and Newmark customers up to $5,000. Both offers expire Sept. 30.

Buyers hoping to save money on closing costs and move in quickly will want to take a closer look at inventory home promotions offered by Taylor Morrision and Highland Homes. Taylor Morrison will pay all closing costs on inventory homes in Sienna Plantation. Highland will pay up to $13,000. Homes must be purchased by Sept. 30.

Savvy shoppers also can garner deals on luxury inventory homes this month. Both J. Patrick Homes and Gracepoint Homes are offering deep discounts on select estate homes featuring amenities such as wine rooms, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces.

Sienna Plantation buyers will get exactly the community they hoped for with amenities such as a water park, tennis courts and the Sienna Plantation Golf Club. An events team plans more than 40 community events a year including movie nights, pool parties and holiday festivals. Children attend highly acclaimed Fort Bend ISD schools, with two more on-site schools under construction now.
