The heat is on, but buyers will enjoy cool savings on dream kitchens, design center purchases, electric bills and more with these hot July incentives offered by select Sienna Plantation builders.
Shea Homes wants buyers to upgrade the heart of their homes in Sienna’s Village of Sawmill Lake. Buyers who purchase a new, to-be-built home by July 31 will receive a luxury kitchen package including Benedettini cabinets, upgraded granite countertops, designer backsplashes, GE Profile appliances and much more.
Darling Homes, Gracepoint Homes, CalAtlantic Homes and Newmark Homes also are helping prospective homeowners build the homes of their dreams, with design center credit toward the upgrades and options they long for.
Darling Homes will give buyers 10 percent of the original purchase price of their new home, in the form of design center credit, through Sept. 31. Gracepoint estate home buyers will receive $40,0000 in design center credit when they purchase a new home in Fox Bend by July 31.
Both Cal Atlantic and Newmark want to do more than upgrade buyers’ homes. Cal Atlantic is offering $20,000 toward structural and design center options and up to $4,000 in closing costs when buyers finance through CalAtlantic Mortgage.
Newmark Homes’ “What’s on the Menu” incentive package offers buyers cherry or maple cabinets, a choice of 16 granite countertops, hardwood flooring throughout the home and a Frigidaire professional appliance package when customers purchase a build-to-order home by July 31. Buyers also will receive an additional $5,000 in design center credit, as well as an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan plus $5,000 toward closing costs.
Sawmill Lake buyers can take advantage of savings from Highland Homes and Toll Brothers. Highland will pay up to $13,000 in closing costs. Toll Brothers is offering discounts on homesites in two Sawmill Lake neighborhoods. The Plaza buyers can select any homesite for $10,000. Fox Bend buyers can choose any property for $35,000.
Both Taylor Morrison Homes and David Weekly Homes are offering some electric savings.
