Prospective home buyers will be treated to the finer things in life Thursdays in July when they tour two of Sienna Plantation’s newest model homes.
Both Gracepoint Homes’ and Toll Brothers’ models in Sienna’s gated neighborhood of Fox Bend will have champagne and French macarons for those touring the well-appointed homes 4-7 p.m. July 7, 14, 21 and 28. The French pastries will be prepared by Houston-based Macaron by Patisse, a French boutique recently featured on CNBC’s “Billion Dollar Buyer.”
“These elegant homes promise fine living, so what better way to welcome discerning guests than with a taste of Parisian glamour,” said Christen Johnson, senior vice president of marketing for Sienna Plantation.
Toll Brothers’ Sandhaven design showcases an extensive outdoor living area inspired by French country chateaus. The paved backyard offers a large pool graced with a fountain and a gazebo. It is one of nine floor plans, priced from the $580,000s, the builder offers. Homes range from 3,400 to 5,100 square feet and feature cathedral ceilings, dual staircases, interior courtyards, butler pantries and library spaces.
Gracepoint’s Baxter design is anchored by a spacious master suite encompassing a bedroom, sitting room and bath featuring a frameless shower, oval soaking tub and dual walk-in closets. The builder’s six plans in Fox Bend range from 3,700 to 5,700 square feet and are priced from the $700,000s.
Fox Bend offers 100-foot properties, the largest in the Village of Sawmill Lake. Slated to open in 2017 is the Sawmill Lake Club, a lakeside recreation complex that will feature a water park, fitness area and well-appointed clubhouse.
