Homebuyers can get a new home — plus all the trimmings— while reaping huge savings on options and upgrades or closing costs with a range of May incentives offered by several of Sienna Plantation’s award-winning builders.
Options and upgrade packages are available on to-be-built homes with builders Darling Homes, Highland Homes and Newmark Homes offering everything from upgraded floors and countertops to outdoor kitchens.
Darling Homes is helping buyers prepare for summer with a $10,000 outdoor kitchen package. From May 1-31, customers purchasing any to-be-built home within Darling’s 75-foot section of Sawmill Lake will receive a free outdoor kitchen with a 36-inch Cutlass Series RCS Grill, a 4.6- cubic-foot refrigerator, a granite countertop and plenty of storage space.
Highland Homes is offering a GE Café French-door refrigerator, featuring a built-in Keurig K-cup brewing system, with the purchase of any new home through May 15. Customers purchasing a home from now until June 30 will receive a $17,500 designer upgrade package including hardwood floors, granite countertops and pendant lights.
Upgrades are just one of the things on Newmark Homes’ menu of incentives. The builder is offering a $20,000 package on to-be-built homes that includes upgraded cabinets, a Frigidaire professional appliance package and hardwood floors, as well as an additional $5,000 to use at the design center. Buyers using one of Newmark’s approved lenders benefit even more, with an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan and $2,500 toward closing costs.
Closing costs also are on the table for Darling Homes and Meritage Homes. From now until June 30, Darling Homes is offering qualified buyers up to $8,000 toward closing costs on to-be-built and inventory homes if buyers utilize the builder’s approved lender.
Meritage Homes’ customers will not have to pay closing costs either, and the builder will pay homeowners association dues for two years. The extension of the Earth Day, Every Day sales event also includes a choice of one bonus item such as rear sod, full yard irrigation, three live oak trees, faux wood blinds or full gutters for homes purchased from now until May 31.
Buyers hoping for a summer move may want to take advantage of incentives for quick move-in homes. Shea Homes is offering $15,000 off inventory homes in Sienna’s Village of Sawmill Lake, while Perry Homes is offering up to $20,000 in special incentives on select move-in ready homes. Both promotions are good through May 31. Trendmaker Homes’ customers will receive 4.5 percent toward the purchase of options on completed inventory homes through June 30.
Luxury and estate home buyers can save as well, with an incentive from Toll Brothers for homes built in two Sawmill Lake neighborhoods. Customers can select any homesite in The Plaza for $10,000. Fox Bend buyers can choose any property for $35,000.
In addition to receiving a great deal on a new home, buyers will receive all the benefits of living in a 10,000-acre Fort Bend community. Sienna Plantation offers a range of amenities including Club Sienna, a 12-acre recreation complex with water slides and a junior Olympic pool, and more than 100 acres of parks and trails, as well as three on-site Fort Bend ISD elementary schools, one middle school and one high school.
Many builders require incentive flyers to be presented at the time of purchase; to view them and for more information, visit www.siennaplantation.com/builderincentives.
