Darling Homes invites home buyers to take a peek at its upscale patio home collection during a three-day celebration marking the grand opening of its new model home in Sienna Plantation’s Village of Sawmill Lake.
The fun-filled event takes place 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20 to 22, at the new model, 2218 Twin Rose Drive, in the Rosewood neighborhood of Sawmill Lake. While touring the home, visitors will be treated to a caricature artist and a specialty tasting of Java Pura’s unique South American coffees.
The model is a striking example of the builder’s contemporary, low-maintenance designs, highlighting luxurious features and options designed to appeal to buyers looking for less square footage without skimping on well-appointed living space.
The eight, three-bedroom plans Darling Homes offers feature spacious great rooms, large secondary bedrooms, covered patios, cozy studies, media rooms, gourmet island kitchens and formal dining rooms. Some plans include a Texas basement, a new Darling Homes’ feature that offers up to 450 square feet of floored attic space accessed by a staircase. Buyers can add options such as wine alcoves, outdoor fireplaces and garage extensions to create homes that meet their unique needs. Homes, priced from the mid- $360,000s, range from 2,288 to 2,996 square feet.
Rosewood is an intimate community of 38 patio homes located within the Village at Sawmill Lake. The Village of Sawmill Lake is part of a 3,700-acre addition to award-winning Sienna Plantation, a master-planned community located in Fort Bend County. In addition to sharing the multiple amenities offered in Sienna Plantation, the community will have its own multi-use amenity center. An on-site elementary school is scheduled to open in 2017, with a middle school following a year later.
