Toll Brothers Celebrates Grand Opening with Luxury Home and Car Show
October 08, 2015

Explore opulent homes and extravagant cars at the Luxury Home and Car Show 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10 in Sienna Plantation’s newest collection of neighborhoods, the Village at Sawmill Lake.

The event celebrates the grand opening of Toll Brothers’ beautifully designed and professionally decorated model homes, the Vitoria Mediterranean model at 9810 Maroon Peak and the Venetian Manor at 9806 Maroon Peak. In addition to touring the models, guests will enjoy sliders and Blue Bell ice cream bars while viewing a collection of the latest model luxury cars. Six to eight cars, provided by local dealerships Aston Martin, Momentum BMW and Sterling McCall Lexus, will be on display. Reservations are recommended and should be sent to RSVP@tollbrothers.com.

A five-time winner of the Texas Builder of the Year award, Toll Brothers offers elegant designs for 75-, 85- and 100-foot properties in three neighborhoods of the Village at Sawmill Lake. Ranging from approximately 3,000 to 5,100 square feet, homes offer unique features such as soaring two-story dining rooms and studies, curved window displays, dual curved staircases, private motor courts, media rooms with fiber-optic ceiling displays and guest suites. The home collections start from the mid $400,000s.

The Village at Sawmill Lake is part of a 3,700-acre addition to the Fort Bend County master-planned community. A new amenity center is slated open next year. A new on-site Fort Bend ISD elementary school is scheduled to open in 2017 and a new middle school is planned for 2018. Residents of Sienna Plantation enjoy a close-knit community and a range of amenities that include a 12-acre recreation complex, the largest water adventure park in the South, tennis courts, walking and biking trails and an 18-hole golf course.
