Sienna Plantation has tapped a dozen prominent builders for the Village of Sawmill Lake, the newest collection of neighborhoods in the 10,000-acre master-planned community.
Toll Brothers will build in four of the village’s nine neighborhoods: The Mountains, Fox Bend, Logan Pass and The Plaza, offering homes for 75-foot, 85-foot and 100-foot properties. Darling Homes also is building in Logan Pass and The Mountains, as well as Rosewood, a neighborhood of patio homes for 55-foot and 60-foot homesites.
Joining Darling Homes in Rosewood is Trendmaker Homes, which will also offer homes in The Plaza, a neighborhood of 85-foot properties.
Highland Homes is the third builder in The Mountains and Logan Pass neighborhoods.
Newmark Homes, Perry Homes and Ryland Homes will build in River Run, the village’s largest neighborhood with 95 50-foot properties. The next largest neighborhood, with 86 60-foot homesites, is The Parish, where Westin Homes and Meritage Homes will offer home designs.
Shea Homes is making its Fort Bend County debut in two neighborhoods of the Village of Sawmill Lake, The Orchard and The Vines, where the family-owned builder will be joined by David Weekley Homes. Each builder will have plans designed for 65-foot homesites.
Finally, Sienna newcomer Gracepoint Homes will join Toll Brothers in Fox Bend, a neighborhood of 45 100-foot homesites.
