Two builders new to Sienna Plantation — one recently new to Texas — will open this spring in the Village of Sawmill Lake.
Shea Homes, the nation’s second-largest privately owned home builder, will open a new model home in April and offer new homes on 35 homesites starting in the high $300,000s. Buyers can select from 14 two-story plans for 65-foot homesites and three elevations: Hill Country, Texas Traditional and Tuscan. Sienna Plantation will be the builder’s first Fort Bend County development.
Another newcomer to Sienna Plantation, longtime Houston-area builder Westin Homes, has built sophisticated, high-quality luxury homes in some of Houston’s most desirable communities since 1994.
Westin Homes will offer new homes on 60-foot homesites along with Meritage Homes; both opening new model homes this spring.

Westin Homes will offer floor plans from 2,000 to 3,600 square feet priced in the mid-to-upper $300,000s.
Named after the historic sawmills that operated on the property in the mid 1800s, the Village of Sawmill Lake will offer 500 homesites along with a new Fort Bend ISD elementary and middle school scheduled to open in 2017. A new amenity center is planned to open in 2016 along the banks of Sawmill Lake in the northeast corner of the village.
