Attention all Pregnant and Postnatal ladies ' If you are looking to stay in shape during your pregnancy, or are looking to lose your 'baby weight' with other moms just like you? Then this fitness class is for you! Deliver Me Fit offers a safe and fun to stay in shape, or get in shape, during and after your pregnancy. You can even bring your baby to class. The next regular session dates are from October 18th to November 13th & November 15th to December 18th.
