Sienna Again Ranks Among Nation’s Top-Selling

August 07, 2025

You might think being ranked among the nation’s top-selling communities more than a dozen times might make us feel a bit ho-hum when yet another list comes out. Not at all. We are honored that hundreds of new home buyers — 227 during the first six months of 2025, to be exact — have selected Sienna as their home.

That number is enough to earn Sienna the No. 36 spot on RCLCO’s mid-year report of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities.

Sienna’s Enduring Appeal

Sienna has been a home buyer favorite for many years, and earlier this year made an eighth consecutive appearance on RCLCO’s year-end list of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities. In all, Sienna has been ranked 14 times among the annual round-ups of best-selling communities in the nation. As Fort Bend’s largest community with 10,800 acres, Sienna has a lot to offer, with new homes base-priced from the $290,000s to more than $1 million. In fact, many Sienna residents have bought their first home here and then continued their Sienna home buying journey as their needs changed — upgrading their houses all without leaving their neighborhood.

‘Sienna’ — Another Name for Fun

Sienna’s vast amenity offerings also draw people to our community. Pools? We have five — including two large enough to be called water parks. More than 100 acres are devoted to parks and playgrounds, and our network of trails stretches for miles.

When it comes to sports, Sienna hits a homerun, a goal, an ace, a hole-in-one and a touchdown — literally! There’s a sport for just about everyone in Sienna, which is home to the semi-private Sienna Golf Club, the Sienna Racquet Sports Club and the 160-acre Camp Sienna sports park. Camp Sienna hosts adult and youth leagues in a wide variety of sports, including baseball, soccer, football and more. Parents love that their children practice and play right in the community.

Another favorite with residents is Sawmill Lake Club and the Sawmill Beach Club. Perched along Sawmill Lake, this amenity center offers a beautiful clubhouse with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a zipline playground, a splash pad, pool and fitness center. An event pavilion also overlooks the lake, and a beach area mimics a tropical getaway.

Also keeping residents busy is a lifestyle team that plans events year-round, from family festivals to toddler story times to adults-only gatherings. Resident Bunco groups, running clubs, charitable organizations and other special-interest groups add to the community-focused Sienna lifestyle.

More Than Parks and Homes

Sienna is a true small town, offering a place where residents can live, play and work. There are eight public schools, numerous preschools and a private school located in Sienna where not only students attend but adults work. Medical and veterinary offices make it easy to access healthcare, and two onsite grocery stores and several pharmacies are the ultimate convenience. Churches, restaurants and other onsite services mean you rarely need to leave the community.
