Attendees will check-in at the Welcome Tent, located at the west end of the Toddler Fair. This tent will be evident.

WHAT IF I NEED TO ADD ANOTHER PERSON TO MY GROUP?

One or two more guests in your party without a ticket is fine. Just mention it at the welcome tent.

I REGISTERED FOR TOO MANY TICKETS AND NEED TO REDUCE THE NUMBER

Thank you for thinking of that! The need for tickets always fluctuates and seems to balance out fine. No need to worry about reducing the number of tickets you reserved.

I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW MANY TICKETS I ORDERED

Most ticket registrations are for groups between 2 and 10 people. Any count in that range is fine.

I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND AND NEED TO CANCEL MY TICKET

We'll miss you at the Toddler Fair but understand that things come up. To cancel your ticket, locate your email from Eventbrite, scroll down and look for a link that says "View and manage your order online." Click and you'll see a button that allows you to cancel.

WHERE DO WE PARK?

Street Parking: Near Sawmill Lake Club – watch for signs.

Shuttle Parking: Free parking and shuttle service is being provided from Everbrook Academy, 1647 Waters Lake Blvd, Sienna, TX 77459.

IS THERE ADDITIONAL PARKING? IS THERE A SHUTTLE?

To reiterate, yes, there is free parking and a free shuttle from Everbrook Academy. There will be traffic control police officers to help keep things moving. 

ARE STROLLERS OR TODDLER WAGONS ALLOWED?

Yes, strollers and toddler wagons are allowed. There are plenty of sidewalks at the event site and leading up to the event site.

TRAFFIC/CROWD CONTROL

There will be police officers and traffic attendants at both the event site and overflow/shuttle parking.

SIGNAGE

Bandit signage will be posted down Sienna Pkwy guiding attendees to Sawmill Lake Club, site of the Toddler Fair. Additional bandit signage will be posted down Sienna Pkwy guiding attendees to overflow/shuttle parking.

GOLF CARTS + BIKES

Residents are also welcome to ride in golf carts or bikes to the event, though there will be no official bike/golf cart parking. The security of golf carts and bikes is at the discretion of owners.
