Sawmill Event Pavilion

Sawmill Lake Club is expanding to include more options for events and activities for residents. Sawmill Event Pavilion will include a new building as well as recreational space for outdoor fun and relaxation.

Central to Sawmill Lake Pavilion will be a multipurpose activity room with direct access to covered outdoor areas and panoramic views of Sawmill Lake
A kitchen will feature a 10’ island and large wall-mounted TV and will open to the multipurpose room
Private meeting room with wall-mounted TV monitor, 12’ ceiling and wraparound windows offering dramatic views of Sawmill Lake
Flex room/office adjacent to wood-trimmed lobby, which will feature a 12’ decorative wood slat ceiling
Internally illuminated tower adjacent to covered building entrance
Furniture storage room to support activities in the multipurpose room
Outside, residents will enjoy beautifully landscaped gathering spaces with festoon lights and communal seating areas along Sawmill Lake
The parking area will feature dedicated slots for food trucks
A boardwalk is planned to run from the food truck area along the shore of Sawmill Lake, wrapping around the patio area of Sawmill Lake Club and out to the current parking lot - see overview image above
