It’s year No. 4 for Sienna to be ranked among the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, according to two recently released reports by housing research firms Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) and John Burns Real Estate Consulting.
With 517 home sales in 2019, Sienna ranked No. 21 on the RCLCO list and No. 23 by John Burns Real Estate Consulting. It is the top-selling community in Fort Bend County and the second-highest selling community in Texas.
Sienna was one of several Johnson Development communities ranked for last year’s sales, reporting the most new-home sales across all of Johnson’s 18 active developments. Johnson Development had more communities ranked among the nation’s best-selling than any other developer.
What makes a top-selling community?
Well, RCLCO emphasizes a broad choice of homes being a top indicator to a community’s success. Even after 20 years of development, Sienna continues to attract a wide variety of exceptional homebuilders with 16 builders currently offering homes priced from the $200,000s to nearly $1 million.
