The Child Advocates of Fort Bend Holiday Wreath Raffle is back, offering you the chance to score trendy door décor and seasonal swag while helping abused and neglected children.
Stop by the Sienna Homefinder Center, 5777 Sienna Parkway, to view several of the 15 simply sensational holiday wreaths that will be raffled off at noon Wednesday, Dec. 12. Donated by local interior decorators and design divas, the items are worth $150-$350 each.
Tickets are one for $10, three for $25 and five for $40, and you can select your preferred wreath on each ticket. All proceeds benefit CAFB programs for children. The raffle raises approximately $3,000 each year.
While admiring the wreaths and filling out your raffle tickets, you will be treated to complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and holiday sweets. You also will have an opportunity to purchase tickets for the eagerly anticipated CAFB Christmas Home Tour.
This year, the annual event takes place 10 a.m.- 4 p.m., Friday and Saturday, Dec. 7 and 8. A candlelight tour is scheduled from 6-9 p.m. Dec. 7. Tickets are $25.
Visitors will have an opportunity to visit five luxury homes, including one in Sienna Plantation, each lavishly and professionally decorated for the holidays. At each stop, participants will enjoy delicious treats and festive entertainment. Directions to the homes are on the back of the ticket.
Now in its 27thyear, the tour has raised more than $1.7 million in unrestricted funding for services for children in Fort Bend County.
