The Sienna Community Farmers Market is adding some sweet new additions to its vendor line-up, including two that will satisfy all your sugar cravings.
Rose + Bear Bakes and Mary Had a Little Party — both run by Sienna Plantation residents — will make their delicious debut at the market on Sunday, June 25, located at 9600 Scanlan Trace Blvd.
Popular treat trailer Mary Had a Little Party, operated by Kristen and Cory Davis, is bringing the 50’s soda shop vibe with its scrumptious selection of floats, sundaes, hand-dipped ice cream, banana splits and more — reminding us that summer time is fun time.
And what goes well with ice cream? Cupcakes and Cake Pops of course! Rose + Bear Bakes, launched by home baker and mom, Crystal O’ Brien (with the help of husband Justin), will be on hand with a selection of her gourmet, home-made bakes.
They aren’t the only vendors new to the nine-month-old, non-profit market. Chilesquiles Foods, The Bakers Man, Jackal Sauce, Pain Train Salsa, Super Spinners and 3rd Coast Aquaponics will join veteran vendors Great Harvest Bread Company, SweetNes Honey Beetique and 4 Paws Gourmet Dog Treats in helping to stock your pantry with fresh, local food items.
Also new this month will be a professional knife sharpener, an exclusive Dil Pickle representative and a booth selling the latest fad — fidget spinners.
Stop by the market from 1-5 p.m. the fourth Sunday of each month — rain or shine — to support local businesses, enjoy live entertainment and catch up with your favorite vendors.
