Sienna Plantation’s 21 “boo-tiful” models and a number of resale homes are on display next month during the master-planned community’s Open Homes October event.
Throughout the month, visitors can tour Sienna’s model homes showcasing designs for patio homes, garden homes, executive designs and custom homes priced from the $280,000s. Sixteen of the models are found in Sienna’s newest enclave, the Village of Sawmill Lake. Builders will have a cornucopia of money-saving promotions during the event.
The models offer a tempting array of today’s hottest design features and floorplans, with a peek at the latest in home décor as an additional treat.
Also during the month will be open houses of exceptionally maintained existing homes for sale. Many of the homes are placed on the market as owners move into another Sienna home.
Builder and Realtor yard signs will notify visitors about open houses. Prospective homebuyers can also search www.HAR.com.
Visitors to the community are invited to stop by the Sienna Plantation Homefinder Center, 5777 Sienna Parkway, for treats and a chance to win tickets to the Sienna Oktoberfest on Oct. 22. The event features polka music, traditional German fare and a Biergarten.
Residents of Sienna enjoy a number of amenities including three water parks, the 160-acre Camp Sienna sports park, the Brushy Lake Fitness Center, more than 100 acres of parks and playgrounds, miles of trails and proximity to the Sienna Plantation Golf Club.
Fort Bend Independent School District schools are another draw. The community has five schools on-site with a new elementary school and a new middle school under construction now within Sienna Plantation's Village of Sawmill Lake.
