Three Sienna Plantation builders are offering month-long savings on everything from inventory homes to smart home technology in April, making it the perfect time to spring into a new home in the 10,000-acre Fort Bend community.
Home buyers interested in Sienna’s newest enclave, the Village of Sawmill Lake, can take advantage of Shea Homes’ incentive that offers $15,000 off any inventory home. The quick move-in homes provide more than 3,400 square feet of living space with up to five bedrooms, studies and three-car garages.
Taylor Morrison Homes also is offering an incentive on inventory homes. Buyers will not have to pay closing costs if they finance a quick move-in home through the builder’s approved lender, Taylor Morrison Home Funding.
The builder has a smart deal on to-be-built homes, as well, with an “Interactive Home 2.0” Base package for executive and estate homes. The package consists of video home entry, whole home WiFi, a USB charging station, security system, home intercom and thermostat regulator – all of which can be controlled from apps that work on iPhone® and Android™ devices.
Newmark Homes has a honey of a deal for home buyers, with an incentive package worth $20,000 on build-to-order homes. Home buyers will receive numerous upgrades when they purchase a new home, including top-tier cabinets, wood floors and granite countertops, as well as a mudset shower in the master bath and an executive island in the kitchen. In addition, buyers will get $5,000 toward design center credit or structural options. Buyers using one of Newmark’s approved lenders benefit even more, with an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan and $2,500 toward closing costs.
The incentives are icing on the cake, since owners also will have access to Sienna Plantation’s vibrant lifestyle and many amenities including Club Sienna, a 12-acre recreation complex with water slides and a junior Olympic pool, more than 100 acres of parks and trails, Sienna Plantation Golf Club and community events organized by Sienna’s events and recreation team.
