Sienna Launches Open House Extravaganza
March 01, 2016

Sienna Plantation has launched a March home buyer event of unique proportions, showcasing both new and existing homes for sale.

During the “Open House Extravaganza,” March 1-13, builders and Realtors will have yard signs announcing open houses of available patio homes, townhomes, executive homes and custom homes in the Fort Bend community. Typically, for sale or open house signs for existing homes are limited to weekends only in master-planned communities.

“Once people move into Sienna Plantation, they don’t want to leave,” said Alvin San Miguel, general manager of Sienna Plantation. “We have many residents who have lived here for years and are in their second or even third home in the community. By letting Realtors advertise their existing homes for sale, we are helping our residents sell their homes and very possibly buy a new home in Sienna Plantation.”

San Miguel said Sienna’s combination of broad home choices, on-site schools and churches, inviting amenities and active events calendar contribute to the sense of community many residents enjoy.

“You attend PTO meetings with your neighbors, see them at church or at H-E-B and picnic with them on the big hill during community concerts,” he said. “Residents develop a close-knit bond that they don’t want to sacrifice just because they are moving up to a bigger home or downsizing when the kids move out.”

Builders in Sienna Plantation offer homes priced from the $280,000s to more than $1 million, and 17 model homes are open for touring. Residents enjoy three water parks, the 160-acre Camp Sienna sports park, the Brushy Lake Fitness Center, more than 100 acres of parks and playgrounds, miles of trails and the Sienna Plantation Golf Club.
