Village of Sawmill Lake Welcomes Two New Models

The Village of Sawmill Lake recently welcomed two new models, luxury patio home designs in the Rosewood neighborhood.

Darling Homes’ model at 2218 Twin Rose Drive is one of eight patio home designs the builder is constructing in Sienna Plantation’s fourth patio home enclave. The three-bedroom designs offer such desirable features as open-concept living spaces, covered patios and gourmet kitchens. The builder’s signature Texas basements provide 450 square feet of storage space. Priced from the $360,000s, homes range from approximately 2,200 to more than 3,000 square feet.

Trendmaker Homes’ model at 9802 Maroon Peak highlights the builder’s elegant contemporary designs. Priced from the $440,000s, the one- and two-story homes boast extensive outdoor living spaces, island kitchens and three-car garages. The 11 designs range from approximately 2,400 to more than 3,100 square feet. 

Both builders offer options allowing buyers to customize their homes with amenities such as outdoor fireplaces and kitchens, sitting rooms and wine alcoves.

Rosewood is an intimate neighborhood of 38 homesites within the Village of Sawmill Lake. The community is the newest addition to Sienna Plantation, a 10,000-acre master-planned development in Fort Bend County. Also planned for the Village of Sawmill Lake is Sienna’s fourth multi-use recreation center, a new on-site elementary school and a middle school.
