Join your neighbors Wednesday, Feb. 24, and explore wine with a sommelier from Waters Edge Wineries. During this tasting, you’ll discuss flavors and the best food pairings. If you’ve never done a tasting, you’ll be amazed when you hear someone explain the different grapes and their origin. You’ll need to register by Feb. 19 and once you do, you’ll need to pick up a kit of wines for sampling including one red, one white and sparkling rose. The pick-up will be at the Sawmilll Lake Club prior to class and you’ll be given a Zoom link via email. You need to be 21 to participate and each person in a household will need to register individually.
