For months I've heard people mention going to try Sienna Cyro so I decided to go see what all the hype was about. I learned that low temperatures are used in various forms of therapy to reduce pain & inflamation, as well as slow down the aging process. I also learned they do Compression Therapy, which is designed to help heal, as well as improve circulation. Since I have Reynauds disease, I was told I should not be exposed to the low temperatures but that the Compression Therapy is something I might consider. I would like to improve circulation for sure. I met a Personal Trainer there who told me she started going due to knee pain and that the Cyro sessions have really helped her. You can buy a certain number of sessions and I was told you can try it for a reduced price on some Sundays. In addition, if you have a student athlete with any aches & pains, I was told they sometimes give discounts to students. They are located at 4340 Sienna Parkway and are open 7 days a week.
