As long as my Mom and my Mother in Law are alive, Mother's Day is about them and not me and I TRULY would not want it any other way. To add to my blessing, is that my Sister in Law (who is not a Mom but an amazing, fun Aunt) hosts all of us each year in her home. After church we all go there for Mimosas, Egg casseroles and homemade baked goods of all sorts. The kids get in the pool, the Moms sit and the husbands do dishes before we all head home. If Laura ever decides to skip town (or quit speaking to us) I will vote for going out to Brunch on Mother's Day. Brunch is a great concept and perfect for me, as I do not get hungry before 11 or 12 anyway. I think Brunch food could make anyone happy, as it includes the salty and the sweet. Regardless if you prefer Brunch, Lunch or Dinner to celebrate, I wish each and every Mom a very HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
